David Lambert

President, Owner, Founder

David founded Allwell Rents in 2003 with the basis to provide extraordinary services to make everyone’s special events better and easier. David’s vision started with providing exceptional service and now almost ten years later has turned Allwell into a full service rental company; servicing vendors, planners, venues and brides. David has a Bachelor of Science in Mineral Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. “I most enjoy succeeding in making my customers happy by listening and providing their needs and wants in service and rental items for their events. It’s never a successful party unless everyone’s happy!”

Michael Lambert

Owner, Head Delivery Driver

Michael is one of the founders of Allwell Rents. As Michael and David looked at the party rental industry in Denver they realized that customers in Denver were not receiving excellence in customer service. Micheal has two years experience in hotel and restaurant management from CSU. From their Michael worked in the home medical industry and learned what customer satisfaction was all about. Michael wanted to bring the customer satisfaction experience to the party rental industry, so in 2004 Michael and David opened Allwell Rents to provide a new level of customer satisfaction.

Duane Lambert BS, RPH

Accounts Payable

Duane has worked at Allwell Rents the past eight years. Duane enjoys helping his sons see their business grow. Duane has used his 60+ years of business experience in pharmacy to help direct their efforts.. Duane enjoys helping to keep the accounts payable working well for our suppliers and Allwell Rents. “I like the rental business because you don’t have to replace items every time they go out.”

Anne Lambert

Office Manager

Anne Lambert joined Allwell Rents in December of 2005. Anne has an extensive background in customer service, including being a manager. She initialized training programs and customer satisfaction goals. Anne was brought on board not because she has been married to David for over 30 years, but, so that she could help with customer satisfaction and office structure. “The favorite part of my job is helping customers with color choices, it comes from my quilting habit and the color classes I attended.” When Anne is not working she enjoys time with her Granddaughter (ask her to see pictures) and the above mentioned quilting, along with knitting.

Beth Brigger C.E.R.P.

(Certified Event Rental Professional)

Director of HR

Beth joined Allwell Rents in August 2011. Beth brings over 8 years experience in the event rental and design industry and was the past president of the Cincinnati ISES Chapter, 2010-2011.  Beth has her undergraduate degree in communications from Bowling Green State University and her Masters of Science in Human Resource Development from Xavier University. “Planning, designing and being creative are many of the reasons why I enjoy working in the rental industry. There are so many aspects of the rental business that make our customers happy and that’s what I love…happy customers!”

Brian Lambert A+, Net+, Security+
Manger of operations

Brian joined Allwell Rents in May of 2007 starting as a part time employee who did just about everything that needed to be done. Brian moved to a lead driver position and then up to Manger of operations. His job duties include secluding, supervising dishwashers, pullers, drivers, and receivers, and first tear IT. Brian has a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Northern Colorado.”I enjoy using my fast problem solving skills when problems arise with parties, even though when everything goes well it is a comforting experience as well.”

Christy Stahl

Fulfillment Manager

Christy joined Allwell Rents in June of 2011. Christy’s background is in the medical field with a certification as a CMA, Certified Medical Assistant. Christy wanted to explore more in the events industry and began her career with Allwell Rents. “What I enjoy most about my job is my co workers. Being able to work in a friendly environment with knowledgeable, fun loving and passionate people, gives me the drive to work harder and assist our customers to ensure their event is a success!”

John Allen

Receiving and Fulfillment Assistant

John Allen has worked at Allwell Rents since the fall of 2011. John has been a great help assisting in the pulling and receiving of the everyday rental items.

La-Rue Anderson

Shipping & Receiving Associate

La-Rue joined Allwell Rents in September 2010. La-Rue has one year experience in maintenance and event setup from a work study in college. La-Rue is working for an Associates of Teaching degree with a minor in Mathematics at ACC (Arapahoe Community College). La-Rue is a young, individual, developing his skills in the rental industry to discover where he would like to go in the world. “I am a quick learner who enjoys doing good things for other people. Being a part of the Allwell team gives me the opportunity to setup some happy occasions. Happy occasions makes our customers happy and I enjoy working with a  company that takes care of their customers.”

Jon Douden

Delivery Driver

Jon has been working for Allwell Rents for more than 6 years. Jon currently drives more than anything else, however he still does many other tasks around Allwell. Jon has pulled items, work in shipping/ receiving and has repaired and cleaned rental items. Jon has a BFA in 3D Graphics and Animation from the University of Colorado Denver. “Working at Allwell gives me the opportunity to meet new people and see new places that can become part of my art and stories. When all is done though it is enjoyable to see the smiles on our customers faces after a successful event. “

Samantha Hawks, EMT

Delivery Driver/Office Assistant/Warehouse Assistant

Sammie joined Allwell Rents in April 2011. Sammie is a college student at Arapahoe Community College preparing to enter nursing school. “I love getting to meet new people and see new places everyday. It’s a different experience everyday when I come to work. I love the experiences I have due to our customers.”

Roland Flater

Delivery Driver

Roland joined Allwell Rents in October, 2012. Roland has a certification in AAS Architectural Tech. “Doing everything I can to ensure our clients have everything they need to have a successful event.”

Norbert & Keva

The newest additions to Allwell!

Norbert and Keva are the two newest additions to Allwell Rents. Born in November they are brother and sister Irish Water Spaniels. Norbet is very fiesta, loves a good pet and enjoys a delicious snack every now and again. Keva is sweet and a little timid, but once she warms up to you she loves a good pet!
